Easy Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo


 This chicken and broccoli Alfredo recipe calls for fettuccine, but you can substitute your preferred pasta.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fettuccine, uncooked
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • ¼ cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 ⅔ cups milk
  • 4 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese, cubed
  • ¼ cup Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil leaves


Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, adding broccoli for the final two minutes of cooking. combine spaghetti and drain.
  2. In the meantime, warm the dressing over medium-high heat in a sizable nonstick skillet. Cook the chicken, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 7 minutes, or until it is no longer pink in the center.
  3. Basil, milk, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese are all stirred together. Stirring continuously, bring to a boil. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the sauce is well cooked and well combined.
  4. Lightly combine the chicken mixture with the spaghetti mixture.


Tips

You may swap out the broccoli for frozen peas, chopped red peppers, or any other favorite vegetable.
